That is something you do not see very often! Note this cabin is on leased land from the Forest Service. As such, the purchase willl need to be cash only. The Forest Service Handbook is available for the asking and agents can find it in the Supplements Section. Among other things, the Forest service does not allow the cabins to be used as a rental. These are primarily vacation homes and buyer must show proof of residence at another location.
